Second year consultant working within SF space. Truly feel like I haven’t learned much tangible skills besides creating slide decks and googling everything for configuration. Expectations are now to play a SBA role but have no interest in the product or work. What are some career pivots people have considered / positions consultants qualify for with this type of experience? Never thought I would mention Googling as one of my strengths….. Not interested at all going to another firm.

wisdom on getting promoted to mid-level at the same agency? I’d hate to leave but I’m coming up on 3 years of (real) experience & my agency is known to have CDs come in as seniors so I’m pessimistic

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?
