The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. What do you wish you knew about OCM/change management when you first started your career? What would you teach your newbie self? Be as specific as possible in your reflection.

My firm is evaluating CM programs/models to adopt as standard, getting some folks trained and certified and creating an ongoing internal training model. I’ve always perceived that Prosci is the gold standard. What other options should we be considering? Our focus is on the healthcare provider space. Thank you!
