I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle.
