I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

I work there, happy to give some insights/chat privately. We only hire consultants with more than 6 years experience, there is no bureaucracy (no sales targets, no pd/bd expectations), you’re expected to do really good work with the client and that will eventually convert into future opps (word of mouth, etc). Projects with big clients, and anything strategy/op model/ delivery / transformation. Great pay, great social aspect (away weekend, ski trips, etc)
Hi! Thank you for the insight, I am really excited about interviewing here. Do you still work here and enjoy it?
It used to be more of a body shop for project managers than a consultancy but that may have changed.

What's the pay like though? Is it significantly better than somewhere like Accenture or Big4?
Hi! I’m a consultant at TBP and happy to chat privately if helpful!
I’ve been with the firm for just over a year, general reflections are:
• Work – Much more variety (across full transformation lifecycle) than prior firm (big 4) with an expectation that you take on stretch roles (either seniority or breadth) with appropriate support from Partners. We tend to deploy small teams so our working relationship with clients tends to feel more like ‘one of the team’ rather than external consultant – which I love but it can be an adjustment from the big pyramid team structures.
• WLB – Like any consulting role it varies based on project and client need… my experience has been that there is an expectation that you flex internal work (Practice Dev) down if you are on an big project so my work life balance as generally been better than prior firm.
• Culture – For me this is the big difference, I very much get the impression that everyone in the firm has chosen to leave the Big 4 + Accenture for similar reasons… So there is much less bureaucracy and the focus is very much on ‘doing good work’. It doesn’t hurt that the Partners invest a huge amount in the social side of the firm (away weekends, ski trips, DE&I themed monthly meetings + socials).

Interested too. Why?
An M from Accenture I know went there, well paid (more than an SM in S&C) good bonus but less opportunity to be a specialist

Good bonus? I was told they don't pay bonuses.
