Received call from IBM on 28.02.2022.
Received call from TechM on 15.02.2022.
Received call from Wipro on 20.02.2022.

Till now all company's interview is pending. Don't know what is happening with me..

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
I have a total of 1.3 years of experience.
