Should I accept a job with 2x package for remote with company A but no Indian payroll or x package in nearby city with Indian payroll for in-office role with company B.
I am overqualified for company A & expecting less work-stress.
Whereas for company B, I am Fully qualified but can expect some stress at job.
Role for B is app exchange product developer &
A is a inhouse Salesforce developer.

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).
