Siftly vs applying to a position directly via company website- any pros/cons to either?

Hi! I have been seriously applying for weeks upon weeks for a scrum master position/agile coach. But it’s hard getting an offer 😢

I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)

Have technical interview (pen and paper only) coming up with a BB, can anyone offer advice/resources/suggested way to practice?
