Every time I upgrade gear, I save the old one “just in case”. I now have a mountain of dusty gear I can’t bring myself to get rid of. Does anyone else have trouble letting go?

I'm getting started on Straterra and a little nervous because I've heard so many bad stories about it. I was super tired the first day I took it and so started taking it in the evenings. Any Atomic Habit readers here? I’m brainstorming identity-based habits for two things I want to change:

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client.
