My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. I think Im a pretty good/almost high performer but only around 3 years and my boss seems to still act like I’m brand new (lifer boomer). Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
