Would love to have an insights or steps to prepare for the interview scheduled for the role of the Sr. Analyst in the same team.

How does one go about resignation in the remote setting?

Should i email my boss then follow up with a call? Or the other way around?

The "confrontation" is really difficult for me lol. I actually like my current boss and she's been helpful and made me feel like she looks out for me too. But the new opportunity is too good to pass up on (huge increase to pay. No concerns on the team since ive worked with those people in the past in a different company)

Gave interviews in multiple companies... Nothing working out inspite of having great interview experiences. There were some interviews which had me and interviewer making so good rapport we were joking even. Infosys tcs Accenture ibm amazon etc

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

Has anyone recently done a HR interview at UBS?
I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. She said out of all the applicants I stood out the most and she loved my resume/conversation , They are moving to meet the team on Wednesday. I have total 11 years of experience in IT (Enterprise applications:Oracle Weblogic) and 4 years in DevOps, Git, Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes. Currently working with Accenture India. I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range.
