What is the best way to make sure your resume gets seen/gets into the right hands? I've been applying for remote positions and not been hearing anything back. I feel like because so many people are applying for these jobs, it's hard to make sure my resume gets into the right hands and gets seen. Anyone have any advice?

Starting the interview process with another company in industrials, and my current TC is ~$600k. Headhunter wants to chat about comp expectations - anyone have advice on how to approach? Is there a minimum bump people tend to shoot for before making the jump (e.g. 25%)? I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
