I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd / Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. Hello guys,
Today I had salary negotiation with Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.

hi Recently I had an interview at Airbus for Technology analyst ii role. That was the final round but HR did not give me a number after my expectation and said that they would offer me as per company standard . can you tell me what is the pay scale at this position? this is for e2 level

They just pay 8% of fixed as variable in first year. Since you are already joining at high level, budgets are very low in current market scenario so don't expect your variable pay to increase if the market remains same.
I work in Accenture. That 27% variable is farce, you'll never to get that amount. I have not seen more than 13-14% since last 4 years. Stick to the expectation of CTC if that's what you'd want.
Yeah but the ctc includes the variable right?
And if they give in writing about the 27% variable the ctc would be higher. Even if it matches my expectation, my fixed pay would still be lesser than the expectation.
Fix pay expectations won't match but the ctc expectation would match. I guess I will tell them that I have expectations in fixed pay and not the overall ctc.
For 9.5 yrs of experience what level should be given to me?
If you are expecting 37 for 10 YOE from Accenture, then this pay range is much higher than most of the Service companies and few GCCs too in Banking Sector .
