So firms like Deloitte, KPMG, BDO all give some sort of cash allowance/car allowance on top of basic pay. Does anyone know if a manager grade at Grant Thornton in London offer a similar thing? Grateful for the responses.

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

My team & I ALWAYS end up working through lunch. On Friday I decided to log off, go to the store, get food, come home, sit, eat, then log back in. Felt nice & nothing bad happened. Imma do this often.
