So I drive a Tesla model S and wife has a model Y
We used to be respected and admired by our neighborhood but recently I have a noticed a change.
Neighbours look at us with disdain now - one even gave me the finger as I was pulling into my driveway the other day.
Thinking about selling my Teslas. Anyone experiencing this?

Some people need to read history books. Nazi is a very specific term which does not apply to our current administration. It is infact insulting and motivates others to vote for them more because of the ridiculous name calling.

Came here to say this, absolutely no one ever has been admired for driving a Tesla. Not sure anyone has been admired for their cars since the days of MTV Cribs…

I give earlier Tesla model drivers the benefit of the doubt. Cybertruck’s on the other hand get a honk and the bird every time.

Don’t care about what others thinks, I support no politician nor any party or religion, I have PhD in Astrophysics and I stand 100% for Elon vision of saving humanity by becoming an interplanetary species. I also have 2 Teslas one Y and one model 3 and 4 starlinks in my primary home and rentals and a big chunk of Tesla stock and BTC in my portfolio. Trump will be gone in 4 years but Elon will be closer to achieve his goals then.
That didn’t make any of us perfect. If it wasn’t for pride, we wouldn’t have the problems that we do in this world. How about loving each other guys stop it forgiveness is everything…. Some people feel bigger than others, but it’s always falling forward.

It’s all about Elon. Not just your neighbors. Germany, Denmark, Switzerland (!), and Canada sales are plummeting. Stock is tanking. The plant in Germany isn’t making anywhere near estimates for “Swasticars”. (Other EV manufacturers aren’t having the same issues.) Some Tesla owners are even changing the medallions on their cars.
