So I have 8 weeks left on my current contract. I had 2 final interviews last week and no offer. Got the usual we went with another candidate response. I've decided to invest in an interview skills coach to see where I'm going wrong. First session is next week. At least they agree there is a saturation in the jobs market and its tough.

BCG or MBB folks, got a call from the recruiter today that the outcome of decision round and calibration call today was positive and the lead partner will give me a call on Monday to discuss with me on the role and offer directly by himself. Trying to get some inside from the HR but she just asked me to wait and hear from the partner, sounds a bit weird and surprise to me as normally this state was usually with the HR.
