I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. Is this a hot startup? I have no experience in that space but that seems odd to me / a potential red flag

Okay well short of asking anyone who is/has worked there, I guess she can try to negotiate or just suck it up. Sounds like it’s compelling if it’s doing well.
Do you think it will add value to her resume? Sounds like yes due to startup’s status...if that’s the case, then might be worth it.
Your options:
1. Take the job if she’s crazy about the role
2. If interested in the role but not for the offered amount ask for more.
3. Walk away (not sure what you get out of this option but it’s there)
Thanks so much for the offer. I love the company and all the people I met through the process. Really appreciate everyone’s time and hope we can work together at some point. Unfortunately, the monetary portion of the offer is about 20% below what it would take for me to make a move at this time. I hope we can stay in touch; and obviously if your firm is willing to make a change given all the value I could add to your organization, I would be very interested.
I don't get - what salary came to the bank account is he/she hasn't signed an offer yet?
