So it seems that for us to unionize as an industry, it’s gotta start with the majority of workers at one shop. Who is goin first?

My organization absorbed another and the former deputy PM became a branch head - a demotion. For org was more focused on tech dev and not delivering a product on a sked. New org is very focused on that. He is not a driving leader, but is the only one with the tech knowledge needed. He is retirement eligible. He has no heir apparent - previous org didn’t plan that way. If I move him under someone who is a driver - he retires and I lose the knowledge. If I don’t, we may not meet schedules. Advice?

Also other data as needed to make a slide deck. Anybody have recommendations/personal experience at a consulting firm with Multifamily practice?

Hi! Question. How does your company handle the communication between customers and solution engineers during integration? Do you use Slack, Jira, etc? We are using Slack but some customers won’t use Slack so then it’s bleeding over to other forms of communication that are less ideal. I’m starting to wonder if we would be better off doing Jira tickets. 🙃
