How can I change the project in Accenture?
Additional Posts in Job Hunting in Tech
I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.

It’s a tough market currently. Is recommend not trying to make any major changes now. The risk versus reward is likely not worth it. However, if you were provided a contingent award, ethically it doesn’t seem right to move forward with another candidate.
Happened with me as well. I was laid off and then within 2 weeks I got another offer. I interviewed there and accepted an offer. Before joining date they said position went on hold. So it’s a lesson learned. Even if you get an offer continue giving interviews and have at least 2-3 offers in hand. Market is so bad right now. Don’t trust any companies until and unless they give you the start date and join the company. Wait for first few months and observe whether job and the culture is suitable .
Yes the backup was probably cheaper. Especially a few weeks back and you had to reach out. I learned in the past. I ask what’s the eta on the role after interviewing? I try not to accept anything more than two weeks out. Ex: if something is a month out it’s too much time and they are probably still interviewing holding at least 2-3 on a contingency. Full time that’s diff.
That’s great I feel like roles with specific skills are landing roles faster. I do the same keep interviewing just in case. It’s sad what used to work as well as the poor morale with some of these recruiters or poor communication skills. If someone has a contingency offer why not let them know? Unless they gave 2-3 contingencies. Every interview you really do keep sharpening your skills. It’s a matter of time.
