Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

A big thing is having a diverse portfolio. Don't just showcase your "best" work, show your range of skills. Can you be adaptable to the needs of the team? That's what they're looking for these days.
Honestly right now is the most difficult job market I've ever seen. So it isn't necessarily anything you're missing or doing wrong. Hang in there and good luck.
The competition in the job market right now is intense, so it's entirely possible that it's not down to you or your work having some fatal flaw. Getting a job is a competitive process, and you can do really well and someone else may do just a bit better. You just have to resolve to go into interviews at the top of your game and do what you can to make sure you're the one who will get the job.
