So, under tge KYC laws,is it possible for a bank to open an a count without your knowledge or consent through Treasury Management if your employer is their client?

On Wed I found my pay going to a COMPLETELY different account out than from what I had set up at work previously. My previous 2 pay periods were correctly deposited into my bsnk and my Missouri Most education account.

I go in to talk to HR, and i was handed an envelope with a pay card.

Did you set up direct deposit?

I went to my bank and cash advanced my pay out of it and deposited it into my account with my bank.

I went through the steps of registering with this other bsnk, but it did not give me any options to send funds to another account, or set up an external transfer to myself, or to pay people (in which case I'd just put my bank routing and account number to move the money where I want it to go). What if I needed to make a payment to a landlord or leinholder? Not liking this situation. Wondering now how I can ding that bank's NPS!

Sounds like it could have been fraud, im assuming this other account wasn't your account. Can you log in to your HR system and change your direct deposit? It's likely not inside the bank, if I'm going to commit fraud inside, I'm changing ACH instructions on a million+ commercial ach not some dudes paycheck.

It was set up FOR me, but without my knowledge. I have access, and I was able to get it off the card but couldn't use the app or the website to make a payment to my own account.

And I don't want to pay any fees because now that I have the payroll going into the right accounts, mu accounts, no money will ever be deposited into it.

Other people get paper checks. Do when there was a problem, why didn't it default to that?

Hi everyone,

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
1. I might also get offers from PwC or Deloitte, are they likely to pay more?
2. Is that enough to live a comfortable life in Amsterdam Zuid?

As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
