Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

If you didn’t get into Bethesda games was it the source material or was it the mechanics? I know many people that just can’t get into the games because of the mechanic but will watch people play because of the source material in it. If that is the case I would say that they likely have kept the same gaming mechanics in their games but if it is the source material maybe take a pass on preorder and just go game pass. Unless there is something you really want from a preorder bonus perspective.
Oh wait, the DLC happens in the middle of the game. Hmm, that might change my decision then. TBD how far I get with Starfield by the time Phantom Liberty comes out.
Waiting for the review embargo to lift on Thursday AM, and unless there are reports of PC performance issues, I'll grab that $83 key and start downloading while I'm at work. Then I'll be ready to go for 8pm EST that night.
Huge fan of the recent Elder Scrolls and Fallout games and I'd rather have permanent ownership of the game vs. playing via GamePass, paying for the Steam version is a no brainer to me but YMMV.

RDR2 is how would want any new open world RPG. It had a huge map, but I enjoyed every chance encounter (and not just glorified fetch quest). It didn’t have huge customization, but the world was truly immersive.
I would be pleasantly surprised if any of the Starfield planets meet immersion of valentine from RDR2. I feel like it will be bloated with a good story /side quest here and there.
