What do you do to automate you lifestyle/remove decision fatigue to reach your health and fitness goals? For example: I meal prep so I know calories and macros of all my meals without having to count each time M-F (unless going out with friends/SO) and I run first thing in the morning the same 4 days every week. I’ve found that making healthy habits a part of my lifestyle and routines makes them easier to stick to and would love any additional ideas!

Is there a polite/gentle way to talk to your boyfriend about the fact that he has gained a lot of weight in the past year and needs more physical activity in his life?

I am not a very shallow person — he was already on the heavier side when we met. But when I look at photos from just a year ago, it’s clear he’s put on a lot of weight. I am worried about his health. I don’t want to overstep or make him feel insecure. Just wondering if anyone else has ever been here.

What’s one area of your spiritual health that you’d like to see improved?

Personally ’d like to be more disciplined in my daily Bible reading plan. Oftentimes I read through but don’t really absorb it or stop and really dive in on what I’m reading.

We can’t have classroom management without taking care of ourselves first. Rest. Even if it’s for 2 minutes. We close our eyes and reset.

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC.
