Hi everyone, I’m currently in the final stages of interviews for an apprenticeship at a big tech company. When I asked for the compensation range the recruiter gave me a flat number.

If they extend an offer should I negotiate even though it’s an apprenticeship? They continued to reiterate there would be options for conversion to full time at 6 months and 9 months.

Any helpful strategies?

I had got bonus on April 2021 as i was retained and it was eligible till April 30th 2022 else i had to return the money in full. So, i left the company on May 2nd 2022.
