I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . I'm going to Machu Picchu next month with my brother and hiking the Inca trail. Any recommendations on what I absolutely need to bring for the hike? Anyone who hiked the Inca trail take like a battery pack or something with them for their camera?

"You are one of two candidates in the final round.

I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.
