Set small realistic goals for yourself. Like "I have to be done with this chapter by Thursday." So when Thursday comes around, you're either staying up real late to stay on track, or you're getting a jump on the next section. Just make sure you're keeping yourself honest to stay on track. And leave enough time to review between when you're done with your last section and when you take your test.

It depends what works for you. But most likely, a combination of reading + MCQ + flash cards, along with studying every single day.

I never found watching the lectures to be helpful. I would do a ton of multiple choice to figure out my problem areas, then read up on the concepts. I'd get through chapters more quickly than if I watched and highlighted. A friend of mine that learns well from lectures would watch them at 1.5 speed to make them go more quickly. Depends on your learning style.

Study for shorter periods over more days and review everyday what u learned the day before. That's what worked best for me.

For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? Is there a better way to frame my answer?
