Some Senior folks in Tech are either too good and help out or rest treat Band 30's as some menial folks (especially in India)

Hi folks, I am looking for help with a career pivot. I am currently a startup founder looking to get into an early-stage high-growth tech startup in London and would love to guidance on where to start.

My current startup, although we have seen some success has not found the momentum required. I would love to take all of the energy and skills I have acquired to help grow another interesting high-growth startup, ideally under 10 people that would give me skin in the game. Where to start?

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
