I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I have managed and implemented Oracle projects for the last 10 years. I am a PMP, CSCP and PSM certified. I am looking for a change with a salary of 150,000.

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Thoughts on Wealth Management as an industry? Offered a role to work under a senior FA and eventually take over the book (~$800M AUM and growing). It sounds great, but I am worried about the disruption this industry is facing with Robo advisors and other low cost, DIY options.
