Someone in my city’s bowl just made me feel like absolute dog crap over my age and how much money I make. I’m trying to remember that they’re probably a pretty miserable person to call someone out like that, but holy hell it has me feeling pretty low

Seeking ideas for boosting morale in an office. What activities or rituals do you implement that are appreciated by your staff? We do lunch almost once a month and even that feels forced. Some staff don’t interact with others because they are just introverted (not for any other reason). The team seems to open up when we play ice breaker questions but I’m losing my creativity with interesting questions. Looking for more ideas.
