It seems like the hardest part these days is getting through the automated systems that get first crack at applications and resumes. If you get by them, what matters is to have a resume that's easy to understand right away. People are not going to spend a lot of time reading each resume in detail at first. They'll skim it and scan it quickly, so having a summary up top can be helpful. Just make sure someone can take a fast look at your resume and understand right away what you've been doing.

Problem is that there's so much information about all of us as individuals we want them to see us for all we have to offer but if they only get skimmed or read summaries it's so hard to get that across.

I used to do hiring a few years back I haven't touched it in a while but the amount of people that wouldn't show up for an interview is crazy I know that for a fact!
