I’m in the same exact boat. I’ve been complacent for years but liked the stability and flexibility of my job. Unfortunately things have changed and I’m being forced to look for a new role now. I’m trying g to look at this a growth opportunity. Just hoping something is out there for me.
same scenario. I've been looking for quite some time, however, nervous of change. I have realized I've hit a ceiling in terms of advancement. I am seeking an environment that recognizes my expertise with a more competitive compensation structure and provides a clear pathway for upward mobility.
I’m sure the number is high. People are inherently risk averse. Maybe a career coach is needed.
