Sometimes I question how my boss got into their position. We were hired at the same time and I have more experience in the relevant subject. However, that individual has more total overall experience.

Its in the back of my mind, but my boss used to work with our director and I just have a feeling that played a part in their hiring. if I interviewed my boss I wouldn’t of hired that individual.

Hi fellow nurses! I am an Emergency Nurse with 3 years of nursing experience to include med -surg. I am looking to transition to a lower acuity position such as pre op, or honestly work remote as the work life balance is not fulfilling for me. What are some things to focus on in writing a cover letter? This would be for an Associate level position. I imagine it should be different than for an entry level role?

Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Am I on the right track?

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any?
