As a beginner what’s a few good YouTube channels and free pdf to start prepping for case interviews?

I have a week before a case interview style interview format.
I know folks prep for months but I just got a screening call today and was told case interview next week and I’m foundering(obviously).

It’s for an internal consultant role at a large life science company and deals with presenting strategic insights on sales and marketing of med devices and biologics.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess.
