S&P Global S&P Global I am at grade 11 , my manager gave me strong performance which after calibration was changed to consistent performance. My salary was 33 LPA . I got 12 percent hike and 118 percent bonus . Which take my salary to 37 . Are people getting this much hike or less ? I was told this is exceptionally hike for consistent rating
