Starting the interview process with another company in industrials, and my current TC is ~$600k. Headhunter wants to chat about comp expectations - anyone have advice on how to approach? Is there a minimum bump people tend to shoot for before making the jump (e.g. 25%)? Trying to keep it clean and focus on annual TC, but plan to also communicate I expect to be made whole on my unvested RSUs . TIA!

1. Just transferred to big 4 FDD as snr from big4 audit (~a month ago, with no deal yet under my belt)
2. Studying for fmva certification
3. 1+ year plan is to take the GMAT & apply to ivy league mba program. Planning to break into IB and then PE later.
4. Got approach recently by a recruiter from Houlihan Lokey (HL) for an associate position in the Midwest. Comp range 120k -130k. I make about 100k now.

Hi guys. I have 10 years of experience and ZS is giving me Manager position. Technology: Devops, Base pay offered: 27L. Would like to know if the pay is as per ZS or am I being lowballed? I have another offer from Cognizant for 29L(fixed) but, ZS has bonus so, it's almost equal.

@TCS offered only 20% hike on current ctc that too including variable.

Reasons, this is my second switch. I didn't stay in current company for long. (2.5 yrs as of nov 21)
