I feel like the urge to run away whenever I'm unable to perform well or understand things. I feel like an impostor getting lucky along my career path. Deep down I know I can do it but I'm slow. @TCS offered only 20% hike on current ctc that too including variable.

Reasons, this is my second switch. I didn't stay in current company for long. (2.5 yrs as of nov 21)
