Very normal. If you're a new grad, nobody should expect you to understand every dependency, acronym, and architectural decision right away. The fact that you're noticing the gaps probably means you're paying attention. I'd be more concerned if you felt totally confident after only a few weeks.
Look at the backlog ahead of time and give the tasks your own estimate. During sprint planning, compare where your estimates differ. If you feel comfortable, explain why you thought a certain task would take more/leas time during the meeting. Otherwise find a friendly senior to go over it with you. The more you do this the more you will understand how they come up with the estimates.
