Starting a new job. I've got my 401k and Roth money consolidated in Fidelity. Need to make my benefits elections with the new company now. They match 6% but it vests over 5 years. What's the best approach or ratio to split 401k vs IRA contributions? What is this backdoor everyone keeps talking about? Appreciate any insights!
