Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.

McKinsey internal offer. Am level before partner at small boutique firm. Work in tiny but hot area (non-strategy). No desire to make partner as I don’t enjoy selling. Fewer YOE than most at my level.
