This new PTO policy is so bogus. I have a newly promoted senior that is still a staff on my large job and just told me they requested a week off during fieldwork, even though they have been unassigned for multiple weeks here and there all summer. So now I’m totally screwed and down a team member and my manager thinks “I can handle it”. My morale is at an all time low right now.
