However, what followed was weeks of uncertainty, repeated follow-ups, and very poor communication . They don't have budget..they say it's open budget and then fails to give even 20% hike. They keep you hanging fr months.

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
