It is okay to tell but only a very high surface information, interviewee shouldn't disclosure any trade secret or intellectual property to the hiring side

What do you mean by that?
Absolutely. In in interview you want to show, not tell if you can (respecting confidential info as the first commenter noted). You claim to be a good coder, can you show me code you've written (e.g. open source)? You say you're an animator, show me what you've drawn. You create marketing collateral; don't tell me you're good, ring your examples and I'll just for myself.
Follow the lead of the interviewer but mention you have samples and can show exactly what you can do.
