Stuck at 70% disability. Got 50% for my PTSD. Was told it could be higher if I had told them about my Suicidal thoughts. Got another 20% for a back injury. Nothing for my hearing loss, or for my tinnitus, even though the letter says I definitely have both. what's the best way to get either a percentage for the hearing related issues, or the PTSD increased. My interviewer was very businesslike and I did't feel I could be 100% honest with him.

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

Vets using Tricare with a family. I’m out and can use Tricare with the VA, but my wife and I each use our company offerings for our family; which obviously come at cost. Is it worth it to switch to Tricare? Has anyone done this and can share details? Positives/negatives?
