I’m seeing prices for watches that used to depreciate heavily pre-2020 - but suddenly began to hold value because of the Rolex craze - tank like crazy. IWC, Panerai, Omega etc. you name it. Finally!!!!

Shot in the dark since it’s an expensive, niche, and quartz watch… but does anyone have a Breitling Emergency? I wouldn’t say I *need* the emergency beacon aspects of it since a pay for a satellite communicator, but as an outdoorsy guy I’m intrigued. $15K+ seems like a lot for a quartz watch even with the plb functionality but bonuses don’t spend themselves

Went in to check compare sizes for an Aqua Terra (green dial) but now torn between that and Moonwatch Sapphire (manual wind but the case in the back is just 😍)

Surprisingly the Moonwatch felt smaller (even though it’s 42mm vs 41mm Aqua terra) but I’m not sure about the manual wind tbh - worried I’d break it

This is going to be my main watch for the next 20+ years so I want to make sure I pick correctly!
