Last 3Y at an org where I had no growth to my career. I ignored switching jobs because of good work life balance and WFH policy. But recently there is a lot of unnecessary pressure and crazy deadlines. People are working 14hrs a day and literally getting sick and tired.

I want to try for product roles, and have just started with DSA. I need few inputs from you all:

1. Some good product companies that can be cracked mid level DSA
2. Is DSA enough for my YOE?
