I would start looking. Both the job market and fertility are unpredictable, and you can't really time either. It seems like your worst case scenario is that you get both things you want!

Agree with P1. It took me around 3-4 months to land my new role. If you could land your new job before you start TTC in the spring, that would give you ample time in your new role before baby comes. FWIW, I started looking for a new role in June, started TTC in August. Been at my job for a couple months and still no baby, but happy I switched jobs.
If you are pregnant and/or have a baby, a slow work place may not be so bad. You could end up somewhere that you work longer hours and are constantly stressed. That being said, you know your personality best I chose to stay and have a manageable job even if it wasn’t everything I always wanted while I had 2 kids. I’ve moved on since then.
First, what does f10 mean? Second, I would consider staying if it makes sense financially, and the maternity leave is good. A slow job will be AMAZING as your settle into your first year of motherhood. You’ll be thankful for it. On the other hand, I would consider leaving if you need more, financially, and can’t shake the feeling of wanting a challenge, AND if you can spare the time. Most places pay an insurance company to offer their maternity leave and those policies require a full 12 month of employment before the employee can be eligible for the paid mat leave. SO, this should play a big role into your timing of leaving/staying vs when you want to start trying. Assuming you get pregnant right away, you should not start trying until at LEAST 4 months from your first day at the new place (to account for a 9 month pregnancy and needing the mat leave just a few weeks over the 12 month mark.
This is pretty dependent on what you want out of the job/career. I assume the f10 job is somewhat prestigious but just slow. How is the maternity leave like? How supportive and flexible are your boss and colleagues?
The things I would take in consideration are the culture of the current spot, the leave options, whether you want to start a job that is more challenging and higher hours and deal with it when pregnant/right after leave, the fact that most companies require minimum a year or so before maternity leave kicks in, you don’t know how quickly (or not) you’ll get pregnant, etc.
I’m in a chill-ish job as well and chose to stay for both pregnancies/kids because of the long leave and how amazing the culture is for families. Is it annoying/boring/stagnant? Yes. But right now my priority is my family and I would’ve had a rough time in a mentally demanding job while pregnant, specially pregnant the second time while having a toddler.
