In-hand for below offer?
Hello fishes, I got offer from 3 companies i.e ey, capgimini and hexaware with around 8 years exp and offers are almost around same with little bit variations. So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. Don't consider synechron at all
May I know why?
I know that Globant is anytime better than Synechron.
However Globant is also not doing so good. No hikes and no promotions are happening here. They delayed hikes for last 2 years and no hikes this year. I would suggest to push more and try to get better offer. If worst comes to worst join Globant, you will be safe for atleast 6-8 months till your first project ends. However TCBP's are incompetent in finding new roles for you in which case they will fire you.

I also got offer from synechron,ust global.
Synechron 31lpa for 5 plus experience as a java backend developer with client US BANK,but the timing is 12 to 9 pm,which is bothering me a lot.Plus I am reading reviews that more than 8 hours one has to complete for attendance and leaves are very less.
12 to 9 if I give what would be work life balance left?
And UST global the HR was toxic ,he wasn’t ready to roll out the offer ,he said only 1 day before joining he would roll out,I replied then I would fill pre onboarding after offer letter and they withdrew the offer-thank god I didn’t join there,if start was like that what would have happened later.And the HR LIED saying 35 lpa fixed then dropped to 32.5lpa.
I am also very scared to join SYNECHRON as I worked at citi bank and left because of manager toxic behaviour and not getting enough interview calls.
