Talking to leaders at capgemini for a position without a set level yet. I’m currently a few years in as senior manager at accenture. What level would make sense at capgemini - vp?

I thought it was Senior Manager > Principal > VP there? It’s been a while so this may be dated, but I’d shoot for Principal or VP for sure.

No, it's Sr Manager>Portfolio Manager >Director >Sr Director >VP So a jump to VP would be quite a stretch.....

Yeah but accenture basically doesn’t have a principal level in c/m so experienced sm’s are basically associate director/principal level

Do you have an understanding of what is expected at each level and where your skills and prior experience exceed or fall short?

I’m just looking for the leadership scale equivalent. Obviously to jump ship I would probably need at least a plus one boost
