Taxes due June 1st. Everyone ready? I’m just now getting around to making a separate bank account to pay my taxes out of, as well as working on the database math to figure out my taxes. Of course, it will be easier now to file them quarterly because I won’t have to set up a bank account every time.

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.
