Reasons, this is my second switch. I didn't stay in current company for long. (2.5 yrs as of nov 21)

I told them i have an offer with 90% hike. They said this is the maximum they can give.🤔
I think they wanted to get rid of me.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink?
