Gosh I am so nervous about Sterling background check - had a couple of unpaid informal internships in college years ago, only email offer and correspondence and reference do not respond (all left).

What’s a good at home program to lose body fat? I’m not too overweight (10-15lbs) but very soft and not toned at all. Trying to find an effective program to shed the few extra pounds and tone up/lower my body fat percentage.

TTC for a while now, and I think my mind/body’s playing tricks on me. I didn’t have my regular period this cycle, more like spotting, and have bouts of nausea but the home kits have been negative. It’s trying to go through this every month.

Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.

As I have heard that they ask their employees to connect to VDI from personal laptop and continue the work from that VDI.
My personal exp is not good while working through VDI as it is far slow.

I am continuously giving & cracking interviews but none of them are ready to offer my expected CTC.

I am expecting 30lpa, while initial screening call every HR says ok, they can offer 32, 35 and so on. But after cracking the interview they are asking me to join for 25 or 27lpa.

I even tried with collecting multiple offers, if I say I have offer for 27lpa, they also offering same 27lpa
