Hi Fishes! YOE - 7 (CA - Regulatory + Financial Reporting). Current CTC - 12 I have an offer from Capco (Consultant-M2 - Regulatory Reporting). Offered CTC is 15.5 I have final interview pending with American Express for band M30. Can someone guide me on the seniority of this band and the salary that I can ask from th HR? Just recently left ACN. Was a tech SA in Accenture interactive based in SF, I was at 100k and overtime eligible.
I'm in Tech, when I relocated I got 0 cost of living adjustment because they said I was in the range. So I wouldn't expect it any increase.

Technology Strategy? If so, you should be close to $85. C1s are pulling in $100.
You should get an increase depending on where you were at before.
TC hired at 75K starting

Maybe a better question than how much you guys make...am I right for even expecting an adjustment? Anyone transferred to a new practice before who can speak to this? I'm just assuming that when I have my $ discussion with my CC this month I'll be moved onto Tech pay scale, but haven't formally been told that's how this all works
I would doubt that you'll be moved. The bracket for TC is likely still within what you are getting paid. As you move up within TC your promotion raises will reflect your new pay bracket.
OP I think that's where we are bringing in TC analysts so you might get a nice bump on one of the next promotion cycles. I don't know that you'll get one just for moving groups but they will increase / decrease your raises to make sure you are in the correct band for your location and position.
I transferred from TC (tech consulting) to TS (tech strategy). What happened is it was just expected my salary would naturally adjust over time. My raises over past couple years have been around 20-30% but then TS is in the process of standardizing all pay by level so it should be evened out. Long story short - it's not an immediate adjustment, they let it happen "naturally".
70k out of NYC. Definitely low balled
